I am quite excited to get to know you. I am currently working on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Fridays. My work is offered both in-person and through phone sessions. I work with many insurances such as Regence/Uniform, Humana, and Premera. If you have another insurance you are welcome to call or text me to inquire if I work with it.
Wearing loose-fitting clothing that comes up to the elbows and knees allows access for much of what we often do.

My self-pay rates are $200 for a first appointment and a sliding scale of $100-175 for follow up appointments. For individuals who self-identify as Black, Indigenous, and/or a Person of Color (BIPOC) where cost is a barrier to care a sliding scale of $65-175 is available. I am committed to making care accessible.
